Internet is a unique channel for communication for some types of disabled (e.g. deaf, Sclerosis Multiplexes). Some disabled are more skillful with PC and Internet use, than other citizens. Support for the entrepreneurship!!! Czech Government still underestimate the meaning of Internet for persons with special needs. What about regional self governments?
